Ogawa handmade craft paper is traditional washi made mainly in Ogawa Town, Saitama Prefecture, using kozo (mulberry) as the raw material. It is especially famous for “Hosokawa-shi.” Known for its strength, natural luster, and refined rustic beauty, it is used for a wide range of applications such as wallpaper, shoji screens, business cards, printmaking, and more. With a history of about 1,300 years, strong efforts are also being made to preserve techniques and train successors.
 Produced by us at the request of Kadokura Shoten (Saitama).

We received washi from the client and produced this item using our craftsmanship and processing techniques.

Now sold at souvenir shops in Ogawa Town, Saitama and nearby areas.
