By blending traditional Japanese crafts with entertainment and modern product planning, we handle design, development, production, and sales. It holds a baby made of Mino Washi in its beak.
The beanbag the stork sits on is made of chirimen fabric.
It also includes aroma essential oil and a special ceramic ball (provided by the client)!
By infusing the ceramic ball with essential oil, we added a mechanism that delivers “relaxation and fragrance.”

What is “Sarubobo”? ▼
Sarubobo is a traditional folk doll from the Hida-Takayama area of Gifu Prefecture. The name combines “saru” (monkey) and the local dialect “bobo,” meaning baby. Because it resembles a baby monkey, it has long been handmade by mothers and grandmothers and given to daughters and grandchildren as a protective charm—wishing for safe childbirth, fertility, good relationships, protection from misfortune, and family harmony. Red is the most common color, but in recent years different colors have gained additional meanings such as wealth luck and health luck, making Sarubobo popular as a Japan souvenir as well.
