“Washi Korokoro” is an auspicious Mino-Washi okiagari-koboshi that embodies “fall down seven times, get up eight.” Every piece is handmade by skilled artisans in Japan.
We can also produce kits suitable for craft workshops and tourism programs.


We meticulously capture subtle details with time-honored craftsmanship refined over generations.

The white fox “Fushimi Inari no Kitsune-san,” inspired by Fushimi Inari Shrine, has become a Washi Korokoro roly-poly doll!
Designed as an auspicious charm that stands up again and again—“fall down seven times, get up eight.”
*Currently not for sale.

Carefully designed using Mino-Washi and chirimen crepe fabric.
On the right side we evoke the symbolic Senbon Torii (Thousand Torii Gates) with Mino-Washi.
On the left side we feature the wish-fulfilling Hōju (sacred jewel) using chirimen.
It turned out super adorable—our “Kitsune-san” is full of charm!
At Ishikawa Paper Goods, we turn your character into a one-by-one handmade original figurine. 
We can work with diverse materials such as Mino-Washi and chirimen crepe.
We also produce DIY kits—perfect for workshops and visitor experiences!
